Mundaka
We continue in Vickaya to tell you about Mundaka, a town that attracts numerous surf lovers every year thanks, among other things, to its famous left wave. Of course, beyond surfing, this fishing town located in the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve stands out for its wide marshes, its extensive sandy areas, its port and its many interesting buildings: the municipal library, the Town Hall, the parish of Santa María, the hermitage of Santa Catalina…
Getaria
We change province and we are located in Guipúzcoa, where Getaria is located, a medieval town walled located on a hillside. Cradle of Juan Sebastián Elcano and Cristóbal Balenciaga, this beautiful fishing town stands out, among other things, for the views of Mount San Antón, known as the “Mouse of Getaria”.
Oñati
Also in Guipúzcoa is Oñati, a town surrounded by green mountains and the mole limestone of Aloña. You will be amazed at the large number of styles architectonic that give shape to palaces, towers, ancestral homes, convents ... Of course, if there is a building that attracts attention it is the University, in the Renaissance style.
Lekeitio
We return to Biscay to tell you about Lekeitio, another fishing town full of attractions. Located on the slopes of the Lumentza and Otoia mountains, this municipality has an abundant heritage artistic, in addition to many buildings that stand out, such as the Uriate palace; and really beautiful beaches.
The blind
We moved to Álava to discover Elciego, a picturesque town that has become an almost obligatory destination for lovers of viniculture, since many wineries can be found here. Of course, the Marqués del Riscal winery stands out, designed by the famous architect Frank Gehry.
Fuenterrabía
Nor can be missing from our list Fuenterrabía, a fishing town also known as Hondarribia. Victim of numerous attacks French for its border location, this town surprises with its old fortress and its steep streets, which are surrounded by walls. But do not think that this colorful fishing village of great architectural value is only a pleasure for the eyes. And it is one of the best places in the Basque Country to eat, being able to find a lot of restaurants and tapas bars.

Finally, we are going to talk about Tolosa, a town of great historical importance located on the banks of the Oria river that preserves a beautiful town historical with monuments and buildings of different architectural styles.
