One of the most beautiful cities is Lisbon, the capital and where you can find many places of interest, both cultural and natural. Say that it is a city with great historical and cultural content.

One of the most interesting places in Lisbon is the National Museum of Archeology, which is also one of the most important museums in Portugal and which houses the most important archaeological collection in the entire country. José Leite de Vasconcelos founded it in 1893 and houses objects ranging from the Paleolithic to the Middle Ages. It is in the Praça do Imperio, at number 1400.

It is in the west wing of Monastery of los jeronimos, in the famous neighborhood of Belem, and is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day and with the only exception on Monday and Tuesday mornings, which is closed. Among the many things you can see there are a few displays showing the work of the excavation sites and showing rings, earrings or bracelets, plus all sorts of Visigothic iron age jewelry.

In the permanent exhibition has a wide collection of Portuguese treasures and various Egyptian antiquities, while in the storms there is a great variety of subjects that are different each time.
