Gandía Beaches

A couple of days ago I was talking about Gandía, a city in the Valencian Community that is in the southwest of Valencia and which can be reached by car, bus, boat, train or plane (the closest airports are those of Valencia and Alicante) . Gandía is the tourist center of the Costa Blanca and has spectacular beaches ideal for all types of tourism as it receives both Spanish and foreign visitors.

There are two beaches in Gandía, so I leave you all the information so that you know what you can find in them. Take note:

Playa de Gandía or Norte de Gandía: It is 3,000 meters long and is an urban beach with fine golden sand and very calm waters. There you can enjoy a beautiful promenade and lots of vegetation. The occupation is usually high and has services such as parking, buses, trains (the Grao de Gandía station is very close), tourist office, showers, toilets, umbrellas, hammocks or nautical equipment rental. It is next to the Club Náutico de Gandía and on the beach you can also go scuba diving.

L'ahuir beach: It has an extension of almost 1,800 meters and is a secluded beach, ideal if you want privacy since its occupancy is low. It is a virgin beach with a lot of vegetation, golden sand and you can do nudism. There are many services, such as showers, toilets, parking, buses or walkways on the sand. It is 3 kilometers from the Club Náutico de Gandía.

In the nearby towns you also have many beaches, although if you are going to be in Gandía I recommend one of these two as they have everything you may need as they are both totally different.
