Tips for traveling to Germany

Germany It is one of the European countries with the greatest attractions in cities such as Berlin, Munich or Frankfurt. If you are going to travel to Germany, I give you a few tips so that you can have everything organized and make the most of your trip. Take note:

Passport and visas: If you are a citizen of the European Union, it will be enough to have your ID or passport. Watch the expiration date of both well so that they do not expire during your stay there since it can cause problems in airports. Take a copy of each document and keep them in different places in case you lose the originals.

Schedule: The time slot is the same as in almost all of Europe and the same as in Spain (except the Canary Islands). Work life begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m., although shopping centers close at 10 p.m. The night march ends sooner than in Spain.

Languages: The official language is German, which is not very easy by the way since it can have many accents and pronunciations. Even so, in many places they also speak English so if you take a few sentences in German you can understand each other.

Roads: There are almost infinite highways, all of them free and in very good condition.

Gastronomy: Without a doubt sausages are their most typical product and they have no less than 1,000 different types made of all kinds of meat and cooked in every possible way. As a drink, beer takes the cake and you can have authentic delicacies.
Currency: There you can pay in Euros so great because you won't have to change currency. Of course, keep in mind that life there is a little more expensive than in Spain.

Weather: Its winters are usually very cold and have a negative record of -20º centigrade. In summer the weather is much more pleasant and warm, so it is the ideal season to travel, although in spring and autumn you can also find "decent" temperatures.

Airports: There are 14 airports and 8 of them are international (Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Hannover).
