More than $ 100 million and they chose to reduce the number of rooms in order to expand public spaces.

The Grande Bretagne it has become the temporary abode of monarchs, politicians, and stars of music and cinema. Its location is one of the reasons: on the right the Syntagma Square and in front the Greek parliament. It can be said that it is close to almost everything, including the Acropolis, the National historical museum and the Old City.

The amount of rooms dropped from 360 to 321. Those in the lower part have unbeatable views of the chaotic Constitution PlazaWhile the rooms on the upper floors impress us with their views of the Acropolis. All are decorated with dark wood, heavy drapes, gilt-edged wood furniture, and marble bathrooms.
