As we have already anticipated, it is Trident Lakes, a residential complex that will have an area of 283 hectares and will have 400 apartment blocks, in which 1,600 residents can stay. The most surprising thing is that 90% of the surface of these buildings will be underground, although they will have courtyards outer sides. It is important to note that the complex will be surrounded by a 3.6 meter high wall and will have watch towers. In addition, to make the place visible from the highway, a fountain will be built with a 50-meter-long statue of Poseidon.

The Trident Lakes project is promoted by a group of Texan millionaires who have realized the feeling of pessimism that reigns in this American state and that many wealthy people in the country are eager to have a safe place in case the planet's situation is unsustainable. They already have all the necessary permits to build the residential complex, which apparently will cost around 280 million euros. Only the massive central fountain is currently under construction, but is slated for completion in 2018.
