Liechtenstein, one of the smallest countries in the world

Liechtenstein It is a small country located in the Central Europe, surrounded to the west by Switzerland and to the east by Austria. It does not have access to the sea and it is a country that stands out above all for fattening the list of known tax havens. Economically, the country has experienced a great expansion in recent years.

Located in the rhine valley, in the Alps, it has a mountainous part that reaches its maximum peak with Grauspitzlocated at a height of 2,599 meters.

Despite being located in the Alps, Liechtenstein enjoys a pleasant climate, with winds coming from the south that make the temperatures soften. In winter, the country becomes a claim for anyone who wants to practice winter sports like ski.
Curiously, it is one of the two countries in the world that does not have access to the sea and that its bordering countries do not have either. The other country that can boast or curse itself for it is Uzbekistan.

Speaking of money, economically the country is a tax haven. This is so because the low taxes of business has led to 73,700 companies to establish its offices based in Liechtenstein. It has not yet been incorporated into the European Union fully but its incorporation is expected in the coming years.

As for demographics, we can say that the official language is German. Its population, made up of a third of foreigners (Germans, Swiss and mostly Austrians) is 100% literate.

Your capital, Vaduz, has little more than 5,000 inhabitants. It is an important financial center, in addition to being the seat of the Archbishopric of Liechtenstein. It is worth visiting the Prince's Castle, one of the wonders of the country. No wonder this small town is one of the preferred destinations for Chinese and Japanese.
