In this original festival, walkers from all over the world gather to enjoy the numerous routes proposed by the Tourist Board of Gran canaria. For this year's edition, five routes have been prepared that will delight any hiker since they will offer an unforgettable experience thanks to the landscapes that you will discover in all of them. The Barranco de la Mina Route, the Caldera de Bandama Route, the Camino de la Plata Route, the Roque Nublo Circuit Route and the Artenara-Cruz de Acusa-Tamadaba-San Pedro Route are those designed for the 2012 edition.
Each of the routes is guided and will serve for the hikers get to know the most important areas of the Canarian geography, in addition to aspects as important as the volcanic nature of it, its vegetation, orchards, vineyards and, ultimately, a natural environment spectacular.
