A perfume museum in Cologne


We all know eau de cologne, Eau de Cologne, which owes its name precisely to the city where the world's first perfume factory originated in 1709. Suburb in North Rhine-Westphalia, it was founded in 38 BC and named after Agrippina Claudius' wife when the Romans occupied it. The visit is a must stop on the tour of Cologne, Germany. The Museum is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The entrance price is 5 euros per person that includes the visit in several Languages.
