Growth and personal development

One of the things that has caught our attention the most is that the organizers also understand the path as “an opportunity for personal growth and development”. To do this, they divide the route into different stages within three categories: body, stages that require capacity and physical response; mind, stages linked to mental and decision-making processes in the environmental environment; and emotions, stages where you can connect with nature and internal dialogue.
