Shipment

Reuse banknotes

Regarding the reuse of tickets, the Decalogue also includes the possibility of being able to use the return ticket without having previously used the outward ticket. This is an option contrary to the clause "No show”Applied by the airlines, whereby if any of the purchased routes was not used, the remaining routes included in the same ticket were automatically canceled.

Delays

The most frequent doubts among travelers have to do with delays and the corresponding claims. You should know that once the three hours have passed, you can claim, corresponding to a compensation between 250 and 600 euros, depending on the distance. On the other hand, the area company is obliged to report any alteration in the transport conditions. Furthermore, in the event of a strike, passengers are entitled to compensation or a refund of the ticket.

Documentation

Regarding documentation, minors under 14 years of age do not have the duty to travel with the DNI to national destinations, as long as they travel with their parents and they carry the family book. On the other hand, on national or community flights you can travel with your ID or passport expired, including the driving license if it is issued in Spain.
