Tips for beach vacations


We still have a few weeks left to continue enjoying the summer and you may not have gone on vacation yet. Without a doubt, at this time almost all of us are looking for a beach where we can rest and relax after so many months of stress.

If you are going to have beach vacation I will give you a few tips so that they can be in total safety and no serious problems arise. Take note:

- The first thing you have to do is be very careful with the hours of sun exposure, especially if you haven't caught much so far. Try not to be directly in the sun between 12 and 4pm and if you are, be in full protection and with an umbrella.

Drink plenty of fluids and frequently, especially water or any refreshing drink. After eating, avoid abruptly entering the water to avoid a digestion cut. Always do it slowly and don't stray too far from the shore.


- If you like swim away from shore be very careful and always do it parallel to the breaking of the waves. Always respect the indications of the flags and under no circumstances go into the water if it is the red one. Always try to be in an area where there are more people or a buoy in case you have any problems.

- If children carry floats, mats, boats or similar, must always be supervised by an adult. Be very careful with this that the sea is very vulnerable, especially with children.

- Lastly, always keep the clean beach, collecting everything that is left over from food and throwing it in the indicated points. As for tobacco, smoke in places where there are ashtrays, there is nothing worse than a beach full of butts.
