Serendipity Beach
It's in Sihanoukville, a coastal city with several beaches and which is about a 4-hour drive from Phonm Penh, the capital. It is a very quiet beach with white sand and warm waters where you can find various services such as restaurants, bars, beauty centers or rental of nautical equipment for surfing, windsurfing or just for a ride on a jet ski or on a boat. Victory Beach
In this beach you will find the best care and services in the whole country, and that is one of the least touristy beaches, which undoubtedly makes it perfect since you will enjoy much tranquility without having many people around. It is the most suitable if all you want is to relax in the sun and not be a bit overwhelmed by the influx of tourists and noise that may be on other more touristy beaches.
